We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Manage general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and other balance sheet accounts.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.

- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and prepare supporting documentation.

- Analyze financial data and trends to assist with business decision-making.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives in accounting procedures and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
