We Are Hiring – Intermediate Accountant

Industry: Construction & Logistics Operations

???? Location: Beirut- Sin El Fil

???? Experience Required: 6–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries, journal postings, and general ledger reconciliation

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports in coordination with the senior accountant

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and actual cost tracking

• Process and monitor invoices, payments, and accounts receivable/payable

• Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash tracking, and expense reporting

• Support inventory accounting, materials cost allocation, and equipment depreciation

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of logistics, shipping, and procurement transactions

• Coordinate with the operations and procurement departments for financial validation of project-related transactions

• Assist in audit preparations, tax declarations, and compliance filings

• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 6 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction or logistics

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, project cost tracking, and financial documentation

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, etc.)

• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• Good command of English and Arabic is preferred

• Team player with strong communication and reporting skills
