Hiring a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
The criteria for the person i am seeking is listed below.

1. *Professional Experience*: Look for candidates with a proven track record as a receptionist and personal assistant, preferably with experience in a corporate or legal setting.

2. *Administrative Skills*: The candidate should have strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and the ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.

3. *DMCC Free Zone Portal Knowledge*: Familiarity with the DMCC free zone portal is essential. The candidate should be able to navigate the portal, submit required documentation, and understand the processes involved in managing DMCC-related matters.

4. *Legal Drafting Skills*: The candidate should have experience in drafting medium-level legal agreements such as letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and other similar documents. A background in legal administration or paralegal work would be beneficial.

5. *Organizational Skills*: Strong organizational skills are a must, as the candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks simultaneously and ensuring that all documents and deadlines are met.
