Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations and ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in monthly closings, financial reporting, audit preparation, and supporting budget activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and trends.

Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Collaborate with FP&A and other departments for financial analysis and reporting.

Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) and Excel.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.
