We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. If you're highly skilled in QuickBooks Online, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
-Handle bank and credit card reconciliations
-Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
-Process accounts payable and receivable
-Run payroll and manage related tax filings
-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
-Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
-Collaborate with management and external CPA firms during audits and tax season

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
-Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
-Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
-Experience with payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
