Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the daily recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Supporting senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Collaborating with various departments to gather financial information.

• Responding to vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.

• Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support the finance department.

• Adhering to company policies and accounting principles.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Degrees and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in logistics, or freight forwarding is a plus.
