 We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant
📍 Location: Banafseg, 1st Settlement, New Cairo
🕒 Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About HCC-HEIBCO:

A leading contractor specializing in civil engineering, Piling, deep foundations, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).

We continually strive for high standards of construction. HEIBCO FOR COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT is specialized in Ground Engineering which encompasses; piling and foundations, groundwater control, and environmental management for civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

-Prepare timely and accurate financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.

-Manage monthly and year-end closing procedures, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

-Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), policies, and internal controls.

-Lead the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports, and coordinate with external auditors.

-Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

-Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to senior management.

-Supervise, mentor, and support junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.

-Contribute to the improvement and automation of accounting systems and processes.

-Stay updated on local tax legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.

-Experience in mid-to-large-sized companies within services, technology, or manufacturing is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Competencies:

-Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.

-High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).

-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, dashboards).

-Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

-Strong leadership and time management skills.

-High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

-Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
