Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in banking transactions and reconciliations to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and liaising with banks to support the financial activities of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor all bank-related transactions, including payments, deposits, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of banking transactions and ensure they are reflected correctly in the accounting system.
• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with bank representatives and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Support in financial reporting and audit requirements related to bank accounts.

المهارات

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting with a focus on banking operations in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes, local banking procedures, and financial systems.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid QID and currently residing in Qatar.
