We're looking for a tech-savvy Senior Finance Analyst - Supply Chain to join our high-impact finance team. This is a key role for someone with strong SQL skills, ERP system proficiency (MS Dynamics preferred), and deep experience in finance and analytics. You'll serve as a critical link between finance and operations, translating complex data into actionable insights, optimizing supply chain performance, and driving strategic decisions.

Job Description

Financial & Operational Analysis

• Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities within the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across finance and operations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling

• Lead financial planning cycles (budgeting, rolling forecasts) for the supply chain organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate supply chain cost drivers and performance risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a finance partner to supply chain leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data and financial analysis.
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as working capital optimization, sourcing strategy, and operational efficiency.

System & Process Optimization

• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, leveraging your ERP experience (MS Dynamics) to streamline data flows.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to automate financial data pipelines and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
