We're hiring a full-time accountant with deep expertise in US GAAP, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and complex multi-entity e-commerce structures.

This is a technical, back-office accounting role—not client-facing. You’ll work closely with our internal Relationship Manager to support high-volume, high-complexity clients across the e-commerce, digital services, and brand licensing space.

🧾 What You'll Be Working On:

• Maintaining robust QBO files that track up to 5 separate LLCs via class tracking in a single instance
• Supporting clients with department-based cost accounting workflows
• Managing multi-entity transactions with cross-entity reconciliations
• Reviewing and reconciling marketplace feeds from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, PayPal, and eBay, including via A2X—often requiring manual intervention beyond A2X capabilities
• Handling monthly close cycles with complex cleanup, reconciliations, and GL reviews
• Supporting non-standard reporting through custom Google Sheets dashboards, allocations, and KPI trackers
• Working with third-party apps: BILL, A2X, Shopify, DEXT, Gusto

✅ You MUST Have:

• Strong fluency in US GAAP and hands-on experience with multi-entity structures
• Master-level proficiency in QBO (QuickBooks Online)
• Deep working knowledge of A2X, Shopify, Gusto, DEXT, and BILL
• High attention to detail and the ability to self-manage
• Advanced Google Sheets experience (data wrangling, dashboard building, formula work)
• Ability to identify and resolve integration mismatches and reconcile to source reports

• You need daily check-ins or hand-holding—this is a self-managed role with clear deliverables
• You’re not comfortable working on high-complexity, high-responsibility files
• You’re unfamiliar with cash-to-accrual adjustments, sales tax mapping, or merchant payout breakdowns

• No client meetings—pure execution + reporting role

• Experience preparing files for tax teams or CPA handoff
• Worked with inventory-based businesses or royalty/licensing models
• Familiarity with foreign sellers, 1099 prep, or cross-border compliance

• Expert-level QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
• (Multi-entity, class tracking, merchant reconciliations)
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Deep experience with A2X
• (Able to troubleshoot syncs, adjust entries, handle edge cases)
• Familiar with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, PayPal, and eBay reporting structures
• Sales tax understanding – especially for Shopify-managed tax via TaxJar or manual filings
• Monthly close experience – journal entries, accruals, cross-checking P&L vs. cash flow
• Comfortable working with multi-LLC structures in a single QBO file
• Proficient in BILL, DEXT, and Gusto
• Strong Google Sheets skills – can build pivot tables, lookup formulas, and dynamic trackers
• Confident handling cash-to-accrual logic and gross-to-net revenue mapping
• Able to read and analyze merchant payout reports and match them to accounting entries
• Self-managed and highly detail-oriented – not reliant on constant check-ins
• Bonus: Familiar with U.S. year-end tax prep or handoff to CPA firms
