We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant (UAE National) to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, assist in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions

- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

- Maintain organized financial records and documentation

- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- 0â2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
