Sealy Mattress Middle East, a prestigious operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team. Established in 1990, our family-owned company has a rich history with Sealy, and we proudly introduced high-end bedding products to the Arab world. With our state-of-the-art production facility located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, established in 1999, we have successfully grown into a key player in the bedding industry. Today, we contribute to Sealy's global product offerings and market share, benefiting from a legacy of innovation and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand our footprint in the hospitality industry, we are looking for a Chief Accountant who will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, and supporting our strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Support budget preparation and analyze variances to ensure financial targets are met.
