We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.

Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
