We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 5 years of proven success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role is pivotal in guiding strategic decisions, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly management reports.

Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Manage cash flow, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Oversee tax planning, internal controls, and audit processes.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and growth.

Supervise and mentor junior finance/accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred).

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel).
