We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Cost Accountant / Financial Controller to

join our growing hospitality business, which includes a newly launched café/bistro and a furnished

apartment operation, with plans for expansion.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in establishing and overseeing all financial and cost control systems from the ground up, ensuring

operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.

Main Key Responsibilities:

- Food & Beverage Costing

- Develop and maintain accurate food and beverage cost structures.

- Monitor recipe costing, portion control, and menu pricing strategies.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- Stock & Inventory Control

- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes.

- Implement stock control procedures to reduce loss, pilferage, and wastage.

- Reconcile physical stock with accounting records regularly.

- Supplier & Payment Management

- Track purchase orders and ensure alignment with budgets.

- Waste Management & Control

- Develop waste tracking systems and reporting tools.

- Analyze waste trends and implement strategies to minimize loss.

- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to enforce best practices.

- Financial Reporting & Budgeting

- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts.

- Work closely with ownership and auditor to develop budgets and financial strategies.

- Support business decisions with financial insights and risk analysis.

- Filing VAT , social security , corporate tax according to all legal requirements.

المهارات

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality finance roles.

- Strong knowledge of food costing, procurement, and stock control systems.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and adapt to changing needs.
