Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all financial transactions related to the farm's operations in an organized and accurate manner, including:
• Bank transactions
• Sales
• Purchases
• Inventory movements
• General ledger entries
• Monitor and ensure timely payment of all dues, recording them in the accounting system.
• Track daily livestock movement between barns and generate daily stock statements.
• Monitor the daily livestock production cycle and record related data accordingly.
• Manage and record all feed and inventory movements.
• Track feed consumption according to the livestock production cycle.
• Prepare and submit regular reports:
• Income Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
• Livestock inventory reports
• Feed consumption reports
• Supplier payables report
• Organize and archive all financial documents in a structured and accessible way.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Commerce – Accounting Major).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including practical experience in livestock or agricultural production environments.
• Proficient in accounting software; experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
