Job Description

1. - Manage accounting and financial operations team.
2. - Determine a goal of setting up a Xero-base accounting system, and prepare required financial statements and relevant reports.
3. - Preparing all legal and others financial and accounting reports, statements .
4. - Controlling tax and personnel related declarations retroactively, and filing monthly, quarterly and yearly tax and personnel declarations,
5. - Collaborating with external tax and accounting consultants and auditor,
6. - Sparing with custom consultants and foreign trade department,
7. - Participating in cost accounting, system set-up and ad-hoc studies.
8. Follow up Bank accounts .
9. Follow up all local and abroad suppliers and customers account.
10. Follow up all fix assets.

Job Requirements

1. - Minimum 10 years of accounting and local tax experience,
2. -Graduated from Faculty of commerce.
3. - Having a valid accounting charter (Certified Public Accountant)  (local CPA) , ESAA certificate are preferred.
4. - Solid knowledge in statutory accounting, and electronical declaration and e-invoice systems,
5. - Fluent in English, Turkish ( if found) is preferable,
6. - Textile sector experience is a strong asset,
7. - Customs experience related to inward Processing Authorization (IPA) / Drawback system is a preferred qualification,
8. - Having a knowledge of unified chart of account, cost accounting and system set-up is a plus.
