Job Description
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Supervise general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll accounting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and tax regulations
• Review and finalize financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit and Zakat reviews
• Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls
• Support ERP and system enhancements related to accounting functions
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations for budgeting and cost analysis
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members
Requirements
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-location retail is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax/Zakat regulations
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
