With an incredible portfolio of food &amp beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Accountant A/R to join our team.

JOB PURPOSE

The position holder is mainly responsible for reconciliation of payments and issuing statement of accounts-balance confirmation to customers and follow up of payment.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Prepare Weekly basis AR Ageing report to management, PDC missing Report, Cash Sales Short Excess Report.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Cleanup AR Aging report from old debts, Reconciliation of customer A/c and escalate to sales team if any discrepancies.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Issue Statement of Accounts Receivable (SOA) monthly basis, as well as on special Request of sales Team and check balances directly with costumers.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Calculation of Sales Commission on Monthly basis.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Update Monthly provision in the system and ensure its accuracy. (Commission Payable, Export Freight Payable etc.).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in finance/commerce
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or any equivalent accounting software is required
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
