Management of Accounts Payable and Expense Reimbursement

• Process disbursement and accounting of payroll in coordination with Human Capital department
• Administer and process all accounts payables, fixed assets accounting and ensure UAE tax compliance. 
• Administer reimbursement of expenses to employees and petty cash reimbursements. 

Management of Fixed Assets Accounting

• Maintain a full and accurate record of the fixed assets as per GCAA processes and policies and Federal requirements.
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
• Carry out periodic physical fixed asset verification and submit the Physical Verification Memo to the Senior to include any discrepancy
• Classify, conduct analysis and calculate the depreciation value of fixed assets 

Taxation

• Process accurate accounting of input Tax & RCM in accordance with UAE VAT Law 
• Conduct periodic Reconciliation of Input Tax and RCM
• Compile and reconcile quarterly VAT returns in accordance with UAE VAT Law and escalation for approvals

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

• Recommend improvements to sections’ processes and policies and support the implementation of procedures and controls covering payables, payroll and fixed assets accounting.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Academic degree in finance/accounting with 0 – 2 years experience.
