Accountant's Assistant with HR functions (Full-Time)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of the Russian language will be a plus.

Angel Home Company is a new company in the Dubai market. The main focus is the sale of furniture, lighting and decor in the medium-to-medium-plus price segment. The range includes furniture, lighting, decor, dishes, bed linen, pillows, blankets and mattresses.

Purpose of the position:
Provide support in day-to-day accounting tasks and perform a full cycle of personnel records management, including registration of staff appointments and dismissals, personal affairs, vacation monitoring, report card management, preparation of certificates and work in the Zoho People system. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Zoho applications and have experience in both accounting and HR.

Basic requirements:
1. Experience and skills:
Work experience in accounting or an administrative position is required.
*Experience with Zoho applications is desirable, including Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho People.
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
Experience in conducting full personnel document management is required, including:
*registration of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees;
*maintaining time sheets;
*control over vacations and sick days;
*preparation of HR documents, certificates and letters;
*maintaining personal files of employees;
*participation in the recruitment process.

2. Education:
Education in accounting, finance, HR, or related fields (higher or specialized secondary education).

3. Personal qualities:
Organization, attention to detail.

The ability to work in multitasking mode and combine the responsibilities of accounting and HR. Responsibility, reliability, initiative.
The ability to work with confidential information.

5. Additional benefits:
Experience working with other Zoho products (for example, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator).

Knowledge of UAE labor and tax laws.
