We are a dynamic contracting and maintenance company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys balancing numbers and managing office operations, this role is for you.
Main Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting: invoicing, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking
- Manage administrative tasks: filing, scheduling, and supplier coordination
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting
- Support payroll and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
