We are looking for a Proactive and Experienced Accountant with strong skills in financial statements, accounting software, and team supervision. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, solution-oriented, and capable of leading the accounting process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Supervise and guide junior accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Ensure timely VAT and Corporate Tax filing in compliance with UAE regulations.
Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain proper documentation.
Handle bank reconciliations, receivables/payables, and petty cash.
Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, etc.
Assist with internal audits and management reporting.
Continuously improve accounting workflows and team performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting.
Experience using QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms.
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
