The General Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the organization. This includes preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting budgeting and audit processes.

Your Tasks:Provide financial statements and ensure all reporting deadlines are met, both internal and Group.Review daily accounting documentation and ensure accuracy.Liaise with other departments, banks, customers, vendors, and LSPs to resolve financial matters.Update accounts receivable records and assist in the accurate issuance of invoices.Review suppliers’ invoices and ensure the application of the 3-way matching method.Prepare and process accurate and timely payments to suppliers.Analyze discrepancies and follow up on unpaid invoices.Prepare and coordinate cash and check deposit activities.Provide annual accounts for certification and assist with tax statements.Maintain and update financial data in databases to ensure information accuracy and availability.Conduct inventory reconciliation and generate related reports.Ensure efficient utilization of all financial systems and tools.Prepare and submit periodic tax reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.A recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Solid understanding of tax laws and compliance.2–3 years of proven experience in accounting and controlling functions.Familiarity with SAP, Navision, or other ERP systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and excellent numerical skills.Fluent in spoken and written English.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of IT administration tools is a plus.
