Overview:
The Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and accurate record-keeping to maintain healthy cash flow and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivables and payments.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on payment issues.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and support financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Membership in SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
