About the Role:

Join RAKBANK’s dynamic Regulatory Reporting team, where innovation meets precision. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s regulatory reporting framework while working closely with a collaborative team of professionals. Reporting directly to the Vice President – Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be part of a high-impact team responsible for ensuring compliance with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) standards. You will interact with cross-functional departments including Finance, Risk, and IT, contributing to strategic automation initiatives and regulatory excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and submit regulatory returns (BRF) to CBUAE on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting in line with CBUAE guidelines.
• Manage data requests from statistical and survey authorities in the UAE.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline BRF data processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and respond to regulatory and survey-related queries.
• Support governance committee presentations and regulatory advisory discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, or Accounting.
• Industry Exposure: Strong understanding of CB UAE reporting requirements.
