Job Title: Accountant / Admin
Location: Al Aweer, Dubai

Job Summary
The Accountant/Admin will support both financial and administrative operations within Manazar Ali Mohammed General Transport. The role involves assisting with daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient office administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for truck sales and rentals.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized financial files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.
Administration
• Handle general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of truck inventory, sales, rentals, and fleet availability.
• Manage documentation related to truck registration, insurance, and renewals.
• Assist with logistics coordination for truck deliveries, returns, and servicing.
• Support the sales and rental teams with contract preparation and customer record management.
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administration, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or rental sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Tally) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good command of English
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance is an advantage.
