Job description
Finance Manager & Audit Expert
Location: Sharjah – Al Mamzar
A reputable company based in Sharjah is looking for a highly qualified Finance Manager with strong auditing experience to lead its financial operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, and support executive decision-making.

Job Description
As the Finance Manager & Audit Expert, you will be responsible for:
-Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Leading internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS
Managing VAT and Corporate Tax submissions
-Developing and improving internal control policies and financial procedures
-Coordinating with external auditors, banks, and relevant government authorities
-Advising senior management on financial planning and risk management
-Supervising and mentoring the finance team

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and audit within the UAE
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA is a plus)
-Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and internal audit frameworks
-Full proficiency in Arabic and English – reading, writing, and speaking
-Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
-UAE Driving License is required
-Age must not exceed 35 years
