الوصف الوظيفي
- Perform general administrative tasks: Invoicing, data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying.
- Post and process daily journal entries to record all business transactions
- Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements,
- Assist with internal audits by compiling documentation and answering queries
- Ensure financial data integrity in accounting software and databases.
- Prepare, organize, and edit documents: reports, and internal communications.
- Assist in daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping records.
- Prepare collection report and reconcile receivables accounts
المهارات
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, time‑management skills.
Preferred candidate:
- Gender : Female
- Age : 25 – 35 years
