The Accountant position in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in accordance with established guidelines.
  2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  6. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  8. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
  9. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
  10. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.
  8. Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
  9. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  10. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  11. Real-estate accountant experience.
