backed by the PIF, our client is looking to appoint a Director of Finance (N-1 to CEO) to build and lead the club's entire finance function.

Beyond football, our client has ambitions to grow into a multi-sport institution, with new teams and sporting ventures on the horizon. They've recently secured a Sporting Director from a Premier League club, signalling their intent to operate at the highest standards both on and off the pitch.

Description

This is a ground-up leadership role, overseeing:

Accounting - setting up robust, compliant processesFP&A - shaping the financial strategy of a fast-scaling clubTreasury - managing capital flow from a mix of public and private stakeholders

Profile

Only candidates with the following will be considered:

Saudi National Qualified Accountant (CPA, SOCPA, CMA etc.)Experienced in establishing a finance functionHands on experience in managing Accounting, Reporting, FP&A and Budgeting processes for submission to executive leadership12+ years of experience (minimum 4 years of leadership experience)
