Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Language: Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory); English proficiency is a plus

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage incoming payments, ensure accurate records of accounts, and maintain healthy cash flow. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Communicate with clients in Arabic regarding payment status and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
