Job Purpose:

To manage and control warehouse inventory by accurately recording stock levels, handling material issuance, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring all inventory transactions are properly documented and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials in the inventory system.
• Issue materials and products from the warehouse based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and movements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor stock variances and investigate any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth stock operations.
• Support periodic and annual inventory audits.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory control.Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock management procedures.Experience in handling stock issuance and stock reconciliation.Proficiency in accounting or warehouse management software (ERP preferred).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented warehouse environment.Knowledge of safety and storage standards.
