Job Title: Senior Accountant – Projects & Financial Supervision

Location: Riyadh

Nationality Preferred: Indian (Preferably from Tamil Nadu or Kerala)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage project-related finances and oversee financial reporting and supervision for our operations in the construction/contracting sector. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command over Excel, and a solid background in project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, record, and analyze project-related financial transactions in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
  

  
  

• Prepare timely project-wise cost reports, profitability statements, and budget comparisons.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
  

  
  

• Conduct periodic financial supervision and internal audits of ongoing projects.
  

  
  

• Ensure accuracy in accounting entries, reconciliations, and documentation for audit readiness.
  

  
  

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  

  
  

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable related to project contracts and sub-contractors.
  

  
  

• Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and financial planning.
  

  
  

• Support year-end closing activities and liaise with external auditors as required.
  

  
  

• Suggest process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  

  
  

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with project accounting practices and cost control methodologies.
  

  
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, etc.).
  

  
  

• Strong working knowledge of accounting software/tools.
  

  
  

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  

  
  

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

  
  

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  

  
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
