Company Overview:
Fuyin Group is a dynamic building materials trading company based in Dubai, importing and distributing high-quality products including EVA film, PVB film, silicone sealant, and glass machinery. As we grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Accountant & Inventory Controller to join our team and help manage our operations more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Finance

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Odoo ERP.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Reconcile bank statements, process payments, and manage petty cash.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Oversee warehouse inventory using Odoo system.

Track stock levels and ensure proper placement and labeling of products.

Develop an effective system for organizing the warehouse and maintaining stock accuracy.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and deliveries.

Work closely with logistics and procurement teams to monitor material flow.

3. Operational Support

Implement best practices for stock rotation and storage efficiency.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure all warehouse activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and inventory control in the UAE.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must.

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and WPS (Wage Protection System).

Familiar with warehouse layout planning and stock optimization.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools.

Valid UAE driving license is required.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
