We’re Hiring: Accountant – Real Estate Industry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting, with solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax compliance.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting transactions and financial records related to real estate operations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management

Monitor tenant payments, service charges, and rental income

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and real estate portfolio records

? Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
