| Project Finance Analyst-00127988 Description Job title: Project Finance Analyst Location: Doha - Qatar Salary: 135,000+ Qatari Riyal (depending on skills and experience) What you’ll be doing:
Invoicing and supplier management - Management of the end-to-end process of receiving and processing invoices through to payment, inclusive of managing supplier / business expectations
Budgeting and forecasting - Assist with the production of forecasts and annual budgets. Supporting the project teams in forecasting financial estimates of costs to deliver projects and manage risks and opportunities
Reporting - Support the delivery of accurate month end management reporting, on time. Including project reporting outputs and monthly management reporting
Driving business performance - Support the production of timely insights, analysis and business intelligence to drive performance. This includes the production, reconciliation and issue of monthly actuals to the project teams and answering any queries that arise
Financial control - Operate robust and effective financial controls in line with Financial Control Framework and Finance Policies manual supporting external and internal audit as required Your skills and experiences: Essential:
An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Finance
Experience and an understanding of financial forecasting processes, and invoicing
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel Desirable:
Experience of using MRPs or ERPs (e.g. SAP, Infor LN, Oracle) and financial reporting, forecasting and analytical tools (e.g. SAP BPC / SAC, Cognos, Tableau)
