• Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Budget for cost and project cash flow models.
• Analyze project performance vs Budget and identify key cost deviations.
• Maintain dynamic cost to complete revenue recognition model.
• Track and report on work in progress and back log analysis.
• Assist in preparing board presentation financial KPIs, executive dashboard.
• Prepare reports, financial models and financial analysis reports.     

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning (construction background is a must )Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
