Key Responsibilities:Record and monitor project costs with clear allocation by category.Compare actual spending vs. project budgets and highlight variances.Coordinate with procurement, finance, and site teams to gather accurate data.Prepare periodic cost reports and assist in project profitability analysis.Support monthly reporting and financial reviews.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–4 years experience in project accounting or cost tracking, preferably in construction or contracting.Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/project accounting systems is a plus.High attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow-up discipline.
