Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Accounting Operations: Managing the entire accounting cycle, including recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide insights to senior management. 
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and monitoring budgets, conducting financial forecasting, and providing strategic financial guidance. 
• Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing and implementing internal controls, and coordinating with external auditors. 
• Team Leadership and Development: Managing and mentoring the accounting team, providing guidance, and fostering professional development. 
• Strategic Financial Input: Providing financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. 
• Tax and Zakat Compliance: Managing tax and zakat reporting requirements. 

المهارات

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. 
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.).
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in the contracting field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
• Ability to lead a team, explain complex financial information, and collaborate effectively. 
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards, including those specific to Saudi Arabia (SOCPA) and international standards (IFRS). 
• Proficiency in accounting systems and software: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for financial management.
