Job Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst Associate within PwC’s Tax Line of Service (LoS) FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance through strategic financial reporting, data-driven insights, and robust planning processes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial support to Tax LoS leadership, contributing to the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Business Insights

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for Tax LoS leadership.
• Analyze variances and business performance trends, drawing actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting financial outcomes.
• Support tailored ad hoc analysis and executive-level presentations on business performance, profitability, and cost optimization.

Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting

• Lead the end-to-end planning process for the Tax LoS, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with Business Unit leaders and Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to align forecasts with PwC's TLS growth strategy.
• Identify trends, assumptions, and scenario modeling to enhance financial predictability and decision-making.
• Manage financial models and tools to ensure consistent, efficient, and accurate planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within professional services or a matrixed organization.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
