We are a fast-growing dynamic automobile showroom, seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Accountant who thrives in both manual accounting and digital finance platforms. If you're a numbers wizard with a passion for clean books, financial accuracy, and full-cycle accounting in a fast-paced car showroom environment this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
Maintain manual accounting books with extreme accuracy and attention to detaill
Handle daily cash flow, invoicing, receipts, vouchers, and petty cash.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers, supplier accounts, and inventory reports.
Manage accounts payable & receivable, VAT returns, and reconciliations.
Maintain precise vehicle stock costing, margin analysis, and sales accounting.
Handle monthly closing, P&L reports, balance sheets, and audit preparations.
Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions both manually and using software.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and internal departments.
Support management with financial insights, forecasts, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile or trading sector.
Strong manual accounting knowledge – must be confident with paper-based ledgers and reconciliation.
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar.
Excellent command of MS Excel – VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
Analytical, methodical, and highly organized.
Familiarity with UAE VAT laws, inventory costing, and audit preparation.
