We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily bookkeeping and general accounting functions. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth accounting operations. Your work will contribute directly to informed business decisions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate transaction classification.
Process journal entries for month-end closings, accruals, and adjustments.
Manage and update the chart of accounts.
Organize and file all supporting documents such as receipts and invoices.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze expense reports for management.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
Assist with payroll reporting and support payroll-related processes.
Contribute to tax return preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and general accounting.
Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and general accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
