We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in our automotive business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financing processes, developing financial strategies, maintaining compliance, and maximizing profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all vehicle financing and insurance processes.
• Present finance and insurance products (e.g., loans, leasing, warranties, GAP insurance) to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options.
• Process loan applications, verify documentation, and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor profitability and cost control within the dealership or automotive operation.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, receivables, and financial transactions.
• Supervise finance staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and tax requirements (e.g., VAT, audit, banking laws).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Deep understanding of financing, leasing, insurance, and dealership operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and tax laws in the UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
