The Financial Controller plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights. This position is pivotal in overseeing the financial operations and guiding the financial planning process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. They will work closely with various departments to optimize financial performance and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  3. Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  4. Conduct regular financial audits and prepare reports for senior management.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies that support business objectives.
  6. Monitor cash flow and ensure the organization has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations.
  7. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  9. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  10. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
