??? We're Hiring – Accountant (F&B Industry)

A growing F&B startup in Beirut is looking for a talented Accountant with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations.

???? Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the F&B sector

• Proficient in cost control, menu costing, and wastage analysis

• Hands-on experience with recipe costing, portion control, and theoretical vs actual cost variance

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and daily consumption tracking

• Ability to prepare and analyze P&L statements, COGS, and key operational KPIs

• Familiarity with restaurant accounting systems or ERP platforms is a plus
