As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a competent and dependable Accountant to join our team in Amman.

Position Overview

We are looking for an early-career accounting professional with 3 years of experience who demonstrates strong technical capabilities, precision, and accountability. This position requires a working knowledge of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fundamental financial reporting. The successful candidate will support the Finance Department in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in compliance with accepted accounting principles
• Perform timely and comprehensive bank reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of financial transactions
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure adherence to internal financial controls
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers when necessary
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in accounting procedures and financial reporting systems

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role
• Proficient in preparing journal entries and handling bank reconciliations
• Foundational experience in drafting financial statements
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Holds a valid Jordanian driving license
• Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality
