Job Description:

Innovation Accounting Solutions and Tax Consulting is hiring a Financial Supervisor with solid auditing and financial reporting experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal audits and reporting functions. This is a strategic role for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership potential, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies

Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Assist in developing financial policies, controls, and reporting procedures

Support senior management with financial planning and risk analysis

Train and oversee junior finance staff

Liaise with departments to ensure accurate financial data reporting

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in financial supervision, auditing, or accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus)

Solid knowledge of audit standards, IFRS, and local tax laws

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken

High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proven leadership and team supervision skills
