We are looking for a Financial Controller to join leadership team and manage financial operations across Egypt and international markets. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly analytical, and passionate about building scalable systems and supporting strategic decision-making. This role will play a key part in driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency as they grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closing.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting across all markets.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements aligned with local and international standards.
• Design and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to meet tax, legal, and audit requirements.
• Deliver insights and financial data to support strategic decisions across departments.
• Optimize ERP systems, accounting processes, and reporting tools for scale and efficiency.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury controls.
• Drive cost management, performance tracking, and financial modeling initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team

المهارات

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (strongly preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting & tax regulations; IFRS/US GAAP exposure a plus
• Expertise in financial operations, internal controls, and audit processes
• Proficiency in accounting systems, ERP platforms, and Excel
• Experience with automation or analytics tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Industry background in F&B, hospitality, or multi-unit retail is highly desirable
