• Record daily sales, accounts receivable, and petty cash transactions accurately.
• Reconcile cash, credit card, and bank transactions to ensure proper revenue collection.
• Review and prepare inventory accounting adjustments for retail items.
• Assist in weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month end closing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for month-end and year-end closing.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in audit preparations by organizing and preparing financial documents and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve transaction discrepancies and improve cash handling processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience preferably in Jewelry and / or fashion retail or retail.Advanced Excel.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Very strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
